The Askar M48 Backfocus Adjuster features a front telescope interface with a M54x0.75 female thread and a rear camera interface with a M48x0.75 male thread (note: it is not M48 on both sides). The base thickness is 18 mm, with a fine ±2 mm adjustment range.
This CNC-machined adjuster lets you make precise changes in 0.05 mm steps, with a printed scale for easy reference. It comes equipped with click-stop adjustment, so you feel a small “click” as you adjust it—making it easier to set and repeat positions! Two screw holes allow for secure fixing and compatibility with a variety of setups.
By rotating the adjuster, you can fine-tune your backfocus to meet exact requirements, helping eliminate common imaging issues caused by improper spacing.
