All items we sell ship for free within the Contiguous US. Shipping will be via the cheapest shipping method which will vary depending on the items in your order. During checkout, you may also be shown other optional faster shipping choices.
US Customers in Hawaii and Alaska:
Free shipping applies to almost all products. A few large telescopes and mounts are excluded from this free shipping offer. For these items, please contact us to obtain a shipping quote before you check out using the online shopping cart.
International Customers:
Free shipping does not apply to international orders. During check-out, you will be presented with several shipping choices and costs. However, the export of some items may be restricted outside the US due to size or manufacturer restrictions.

These Astrodymium risers lift your entire telescope 2.5" (64.80mm) above the dovetail bar, which as a result allows for the full rotation of the focuser, and the ability to balance the scope properly.
Risers also prevent off axis guiders & filter wheels from pressing against the ground when the scope is not being used.
Note:
- Intended for use on refractors with an aperture of 92mm or smaller.
- Rated for continuous use down to -25°C (-13°F) and up to 55°C (131°F) ambient conditions.
Compatibility is based on the type of thread your tube rings use. The majority of refractor rings use an M6 thread, but some brands such as Stellarvue and Sky-Watcher use a 1/4-20" imperial thread. We do not have compatibility info for the many telecopes on the market, so you will need to check your tube ring specifications before purchase.

- If you are unsure what type of screws you need, both can be purchased for an additional cost.

- Two M6x75mm or 1/4-20x3" screws.
- If the "both" option is selected, then you will get four screws in total (metric & imperial).
