All items we sell ship for free within the Contiguous US. Shipping will be via the cheapest shipping method which will vary depending on the items in your order. During checkout, you may also be shown other optional faster shipping choices.
US Customers in Hawaii and Alaska:
Free shipping applies to almost all products. A few large telescopes and mounts are excluded from this free shipping offer. For these items, please contact us to obtain a shipping quote before you check out using the online shopping cart.
International Customers:
Free shipping does not apply to international orders. During check-out, you will be presented with several shipping choices and costs. However, the export of some items may be restricted outside the US due to size or manufacturer restrictions.
Collimate your Catadioptric or Newtonian reflector style telescopes without tools!
It's easy...just grab a Bob's Knob collimation thumbscrew and turn. You can even do it while looking through the eyepiece on most scopes. These thumbscrews are also much easier to use with gloves on. And perhaps most importantly, you'll never drop that pesky little Allen wrench or screwdriver into the grass again. Installation is a snap with the included instructions, and you can undo the modification at any time.

Knobs: Black plastic, 16 mm (5/8") diameter
Threads: Stainless steel
Notes:
- Our knobs sit very close to the secondary housing so the factory dust cover should fit fine. However, if the knobs contact the secondary housing before the screws reach the secondary mirror, we can supply knobs with longer screws at no charge. If the knobs interfere with the dust cover a shower cap can be used as a substitute cover.
- These knobs will not fit the VC200L, which requires different knobs (see Item VC200sec).
