This dovetail bar kit allows you to replace the wider CGE dovetail bar found on the bottom of most current Celestron 9.25” Schmidt-Cassegrain and 9.25” EdgeHD optical tubes with a narrow dovetail, allowing them to be used on mounts that require the narrower CG-5 dovetail bars, such as the Advanced VX mount.

- Note that this bar will attach only to the bottom of compatible tubes. It is not meant for use on the top of the OTAs as the pre-drilled hole patterns will not match.
