IMPORTANT NOTE: This adapter is only compatilbe with current FOT reducers in which the 2" nosepiece can be unscrewed from the upper body. Please check your reducer for this BEFORE you order this adapter. Earlier flatteners/reducers sold by Founder Optics have the nosepiece glued to the body, as a result of which you cannot use this adapter with those units.

- Adjust adapter ring to position camera in the correct direction. (only 2’’ will need to adjust as 2 pieces. 2.7’’ is one piece)
How to use:
Step 1: Get ready the dual thread adapter. (Manufacturer will set this up for you, you will receive the product with the ring at the right position already. This step is just for your reference if you remove the ring by accident.) 
Step 2: Remove 2’’ barrel from field flattener/ reducer and install the dual thread adapter.
Step 3: Connect the adapter with the flattener/reducer (and T2 ring mount) to the telescope.
Step 4: Connect to the camera (CCD or DSLR camera).
Disassembly:
- Remove the camera from the T2 ring mount first.
- Rotate the adapter ring counterclockwise to release the whole set of the dual threaded adapter and the field flattener/reducer, then separate all the components step by step.
