Founder Optics Draco 62 Overview
Introducing the Draco 62: a fast, wide-field refractor that's versatile for both serious astrophotography and visual use. Featuring a native focal length of 300mm and 62mm aperture for a fast f/4.8 focal ratio, this portable Petzval is designed with imaging in mind.
In case f/4.8 isn't fast enough, a dedicated 0.83x reducer is included in the box. This brings the focal length down to 250mm and a blazing fast focal ratio of f/3.9.
Unlike other similarly-priced refractors, the Draco 62 comes with everything you need (and then some) in the box. Inside, you'll find the telescope, 0.83x reducer, both M54 & M48 adapters for attaching astronomy cameras, a 1.25" diagonal, tube ring, dovetail plate, manual, and a quality control check card, among other adapters. It's also compatible with the ZWO EAF and the FeatherTouch HSM out of the box without the need for any additional adapters.
