The LX85 Series 6" MAK has a Maksutov-Cassegrain optical design for pinpoint star images and extraordinary contrast, making it a great deep sky performer and ideal for detailed lunar and planetary observation as it easily soars to high magnifications. Features a 6" (150mm) aperture, 1800mm focal length, and f/12 focal ratio. Equipped with an internal single speed focuser and Ultra High Transmission Coatings (UHTC™) for the improvement of brighter star clusters, more fine detail in nebulae, and greater surface features on planets. Includes (2) 1.25" Plossl eyepieces (9.7mm & 26mm) and a viewfinder (8x50 optical with crosshair) along with a vixen-style dovetail. With included accessories, the OTA weighs 5.7kg (12lbs. 7oz.) and has dimensions of 19cm x 46cm.
