US Customers in Hawaii and Alaska:

International Customers:
Free shipping does not apply to international orders. During check-out, you will be presented with several shipping choices and costs. However, the export of some items may be restricted outside the US due to size or manufacturer restrictions.
Tele Vue's model NPR-1073 is a 0.8x Reducer for all Tele Vue Petzval type NP and NPis scopes used with imagers of up to APS-size format. This includes the Genesis, Genesis SDF, TV101, NP101, NP127, TV140, NP101is, and NP127is models.
It is optimized for 55mm back focal length typical of SLR camera bodies that accept T-Rings. Optimum performance is obtained with the NP scope models and cameras having APS size format (approximately 30mm diagonal). In all cases, the field and speed increases by 25%.
Please note that this is a reducer lens assembly only and additional adapters (all sold separately) will be required to adapt this to your setup as follows:
- On the telescope side, for all telescopes with 2" focusers it requires the RAD-1074 Reducer Body Adapter for 2" focusers.
- For the Tele Vue NP101is or NP 127is telescopes, the front female threads accept threaded extension tubes TLA-0250, TLB-0375, TLC-0500, TLD-1000, as necessary to focus with the 2.4" focuser of these scopes, and to achieve maximum field illumination.
- On the camera side, this reducer requires an Imaging System camera adapter such as CWT-2070 (Canon Wide T-Adapter with Bayonet for 2.4" Focusers), STL-1071 (SBIG STL Camera Adapter), or TRG-1072 (Standard T-Ring Adapter) to connect to your camera.
- For CCD Cameras you need to add the appropriate spacer(s) and camera adapters to maintain the 55mm back focus distance.
