USB Ports
- 2x USB3.1 outputs can be used to connect cameras for high-speed readout.
- 3x USB2.0 outputs can be used to connect other devices such as equatorial mounts, WandererCovers, etc.
- All USB output ports share a 5V 5A power supply capacity, which can power a USB dew heater.
- Maximum 5A continuous current.
- Built in 12V-5V step-down module.
Power Input
The 5-13.2V adjustable regulator (can be turned off) easily copes with input voltage changes and ensures stable power supply to the camera.
Adjustable voltage meets the requirements of different devices.
Long input power cables may cause voltage drops, and the power supply voltage of remote observatories may also be unstable. This DC port will maintain a stable set voltage, which is essential for stable operation of the camera. Some cameras may have image readout problem when the voltage is lower than 12V or unstable. **The operating voltage of some devices (such as most SLR cameras) is not 12V, and the adjustment range of 5 to 13.2V is suitable for most devices.
This DC port can also be switched on and off.
Automatic and intelligent Dew Heater Control
- 1x DHT22 temperature & humidity sensor
- 1x temperature probe
- Manual control: Manually adjust the duty cycle of the PWM port to control the power of the dew heater (0-255).
- Constant temperature control: WandererBox will keep the dew heater temperature constant at the set value.
- Dew point temperature difference mode: WandererBox will regulate the temperature of the dew heater to maintain a fixed value higher than the dew point. It saves power and prevents condensation effectively. It also ensures that the dew heater does not overheat, ensuring good image quality.
