US Customers in Hawaii and Alaska:

Dedicated flattener by William Optics optimized for use with their Z61 Apo telescopes. NOT for use with their Star 61 guidescope.
On the telescope side, this flattener has a male M54 thread for direct connection to the focuser drawtube (this requires you to unscrew the 2" eyepiece holder ring on the telescope to expose the M54 female thread inside the drawtube).
On the camera side, the flattener has a male M48x0.75 thread. You can use your Canon or Nikon or other DSLR directly with the use of an optional M48 camera-specific T-ring (sold separately). Please note that this cannot be used with the smaller 42mm T rings.
Note that this item does not have a conventional 2" nosepiece or eyepiece holder. It is for direct connection of a camera to the William Optics Z61 scope only.
A very neat fature of this item is that a rotator/camera angle adjuster is built into the mechanism of this item, making a separate rotator unnecessary.
