The newly designed RC flattener connects with the William Optics RC focuser by M92 thread. The flattener provides a full frame image.
The R&P33 focuser features:
- Camera angle rotator
- M92 thread
- Thin spacer - more space for filter wheel and OAG
Flattener Specifications:
- Magnification: 0.8x
- 2 Groups 3 Elements
- Image Circle Diameter: 52mm (70% illumination)
- Diameter: 72mm
- Length: 32.15mm
- Back Focal Length: 86.15mm
- Focal PLane Shift: -26.6mm
Available in gold trim only as pictured above. The other colors shown on William Optics' site are not available.
This focuser/flattener replaces the original GSO focuser on the RC telescopes.
