US Customers in Hawaii and Alaska:

In mid-January, ZWO started including these darkening rings with some electronic filter wheels to help solve the issue of light leakage that can occur in some setups due to the gap between the camera and the filter wheel. These models include:
- EFW-5x2
- EFW-7x2
- EFW-7x36-II
If you purchased any of the above items before January 2023, then this item is not missing from your EFW box - it simply wasn't included with the EFW at that time.
These rings will also work with the discontinued EFW-7x36 (1st gen).
