Nearly every visual observer needs a good medium-power eyepiece in their toolkit. Such an eyepiece, one with a focal length of 10mm to 15mm, is ideal for observing the moon and many star clusters, galaxies, and nebulae. If it has a large enough field of view, the eyepiece can also accommodate larger deep-sky objects or multiple objects at a sufficient magnification to show fine detail and structure.
New Astronomy Cameras Coming from ZWO

ZWO has some exciting new cameras coming in the next few months!
The first two are the long-anticipated ZWO ASI6200 Pro full-frame cameras, available in color and monochrome . These high-end cooled 16-bit cameras feature the Sony IMX455 CMOS sensor with 61.2 megapixels (9600 x 6400), a QE of 80%, and a bit depth of 51ke. These are superb deep-sky imaging cameras for serious astrophotographers, with 3.78 micron pixels capable of revealing extremely fine detail and, when cooled, with noise below that of current DSLRs. According to ZWO, these will be available in January 2020.
